How does it work?

We work with a workplace representative to setup equipment for telehealth visits. We will provide the training to make you successful.

Individuals can register online at any time via the TEAM Clinics Platform.

Once they schedule their visit, the patient will log on to the visit via the TEAM Clinics Platform at their scheduled time.

Patient and Provider join the video call for the visit to provide a thorough evaluation.
