How to get TEAM Clinics at your Public School
TEAM Clinics provides high-quality, immediate care to children right where they are, at school.
Our students need more accessible medical care and our schools need more resources to better serve their students.
TEAM Clinics expands the school’s abilities to serve their students by connecting school nurses, licensed healthcare providers, parents/guardians, and children for efficient, immediate, quality healthcare through Telemedicine.
How does it work?
We work with school nurses to setup equipment for telehealth visits. We will provide the training to make you successful.
Parents can register their children online at any time via the TEAM Clinics Platform to expedite the school visit when needed.
When a student makes a visit to the nurse’s office, the nurse will log on to the visit via the TEAM Clinics Platform.
School nurse, parent/guardian, patient and provider connect together on a video call for the visit to provide a thorough evaluation.
