Trevor is our Chief Executive Officer.  Trevor advises our team and directs all operations to ensure that we are serving our people in the best ways possible.

Dr. Penwell is our chief Medical Officer. He guides and oversees all medical decisions that affect the practice including creating the excellent medical team that serves you.

Rick Brock, DO

Dr. Richard Brock began his commitment to improving the health of others over 17 years ago at Cameron University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree. Upon completing his BS studies, he went on to receive his Doctorate at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He is an enthusiastic family physician who enjoys working with others and am devoted to life-long learning in the ever-changing and challenging field of Urgent Care/Family Medicine.

Allison Duncan, APRN-CNP

Allison Duncan is an Oklahoma native. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at East Central University in Ada.  She has been practicing as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse since 2010. She has a variety of exposures and experience including Pain Management, Women’s Health, Urgent Care, Trauma Surgery, and Gastroenterology. Allison enjoys being a Nurse Practitioner because her goal was to help people receive quality care and understand the care they receive.

Amy graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Master’s in Nursing and has been certified and practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 12 years. She loves seeing patients across the lifespan, with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention.

Ralph Nelson, DO

Dr. Ralph Nelson received his undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma in Microbiology. Residency in Family Practice was completed at St. Anthony Hospital Oklahoma City. Dr. Nelson has his Board Certification in Family Practice. He also actively works in the Emergency Departments in Norman and Lawton.

Robert Todd, MD

Dr. Robert Todd received his Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.  Dr. Todd previously had a family practice in Edmond, OK before joining TEAM Clinics. He’s a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners and has four children.
