Role Overview: As an Account Manager at TEAM Clinics, you will be the bridge between our innovative healthcare solutions and the school districts we serve. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing our relationships with educational institutions, ensuring they see the value in our telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school district clients. Act as their primary point of contact for all TEAM Clinics services.
  • Sales & Growth: Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Lead the expansion of our services within these districts.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure that all services promised are delivered effectively, addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans that align with both TEAM Clinics’ strategic goals and the specific needs of each school district.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on account performance, client satisfaction, and potential areas for service improvement or expansion.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex healthcare systems and explain them simply.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in healthcare innovation and improving educational environments.
