The Application Support Developer should have strong communication and troubleshooting skills, a compassionate heart for serving people, and a desire to learn and grow as a developer.  You will communicate directly with our patients and medical staff each day performing basic medical front desk responsibilities and software troubleshooting.  In addition to providing day to day assistance, you will provide feedback to and assist senior developers to improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day medical front desk support – assisting patients with check-in, answering questions, and helping them as needed.  Our “front desk” is online and virtual, so you will need to monitor and communicate with patients, nurses, and providers located in our remote clinics.
  • Work with senior developers to enhance and grow our telehealth platform.  In addition to requirements gathering, you will write code and handle basic development tasks.  Stack:  C#, ASP.NET/Core, JS, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, MVC, Git
  • Learn and improve.  Part of your job will be to grow as a developer and improve your ability to handle more complex tasks.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, be self-motivated, and build complete solutions.  You will have help and direction, but you must be able to run with it.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting to resolve incidents and problems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least some level of demonstrated software experience – boot camp, project work, etc.  This is an entry-level foot in the door position where the right person can thrive.
  • Desired, not required: C#, ASP.NET/Core, JS, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, MVC, Git
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues – password logins, error pages, etc.
  • Strong desire to serve others and have a positive impact on those who need it
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • A passion for solving problems and serving customers
  • Hungry, humble, and smart
